Using this site
You may browse the site and use its contact form for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it to send unlawful or misleading messages.
Orders and the store
Product links lead to the Insignia TV store at store.insigniatv.world. Orders, payment, delivery and returns are handled there under the store’s own terms. This site does not process payments.
Product information
We aim to describe each set accurately, but specifications can change and images are illustrative. Check the product page in the store before you order. Prices shown in the store replace anything written elsewhere.
Warranty
Warranty coverage is set by the warranty document supplied with the product. Support can help you find your model number and start a claim, but this page does not change the warranty terms.
Intellectual property
The Insignia name, logo, product images and site content are owned by Insignia or its licensors. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without permission.
Third-party links
The site links to the store and to social platforms. Those services are not controlled by us and have their own terms and privacy policies.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Who operates this site
Insignia is a brand owned by Best Buy Co., Inc. This site was previously published at insigniaproducts.com. Questions about these terms can go to [email protected].
