What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, topic and message you submit. The site also stores one local preference so the cookie notice does not appear on every page. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
Contact form submissions are used to answer your question, route a warranty claim, or follow up on an order issue. We do not sell personal information. We do not use form submissions for marketing unless you ask us to.
Cookies and local storage
The cookie notice uses your browser’s local storage to remember whether you accepted or declined. This is a preference, not a tracking cookie. Clearing site data in your browser removes it.
Sharing
We share information only when needed to answer your request, comply with the law, or protect the site and its users. The store that handles orders is a separate service with its own privacy terms.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond during support hours.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through the contact form.
